The Indian aerospace industry is growing steadily, and international original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) are purchasing ever-greater numbers of components from India.
The latter are also responding to the ‘Make in India’ campaign, which highlights opportunities in aerospace technology.
The materials services company Thyssen Krupp Aerospace recognised this trend early and opened its own site in Bangalore in 2015.
One of its key customers is Dynamatic Technologies Ltd (DTL) (

During the
Paris Air Show, the two companies announced that Thyssen Krupp will provide third-party logistics services to DTL, including just-in-time deliveries of finished aircraft components for the construction of the Airbus A330 ‘flap-tracks’.
