Sheffield-based Technicut Ltd — a market leader in rotary cutting tools for the aerospace industry (and the UK’s largest manufacturer of cutting tools) — has purchased a newly refurbished 96,278ft2 unit at Shepcote Business Park in Sheffield.
Currently occupying two separate facilities in the Attercliffe area of Sheffield, the company will now to bring all its manufacturing activities together under one roof.
In addition, there is spare land that could be used in the future to extend the building by about 20,000ft
2.

The high-quality unit in Shepcote Business Park is located less than a mile from Junction 34 of the M1. It has multi-storey offices and eight dock-level loading doors.
