Dreambird — Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence’s production software distributor in Russia, CIS and the Baltic countries — has signed reseller agreements with three companies: Finval, Glanol, and Alcor (www.dreambird.eu/company).

Dreambird’s marketing specialist, Ada Lakevich, said: “These new resellers already have considerable experience of distributing software solutions, and they know their customers’ needs.

“Adding solutions such as Radan, Visi and Edgecam to their offering will help manufacturers take their business to a new level.”

The Finval group of companies was already working with the sheet metal CAD/CAM software Radan.

This group represents engineering solutions, equipment and tooling from many global brands such as Mazak, Sandvik Coromant and Schmets, along with OEMs from Taiwan and South Korea.

Alcor, based in Kazakhstan, offers design, construction, management and technology solutions; it also distributes Graphisoft, Trimble, Hexagon PPM (Intergraph), Bentley Systems, PTC and BricSys.

“Alcor will now represent Radan, Edgecam, Visi and WorkXplore. It will become a foundation for developing Hexagon Production Software’s technologies in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, and later across other Central Asian countries.”

Glanol Engineering specialises in the turn-key development of metal-working manufacturing plants and shopfloors, along with integrating industrial automation systems; the company is also an official distributor for GF Machining Solutions, Gasparini, Laserdyne, Mikron and Mewag.

Glanol will represent Radan and Edgecam on the Russian market.
