Spain-based NC Service (
www.ncservice.com), which was founded in 1999 as a services company for the Nicolás Correa Group, is celebrating its 20th anniversary.
During this time, it has evolved as an independent company dedicated to the retrofit and sale of metal-cutting machinery, with its core business focused on the retrofitting of used Correa milling machines.
Over the years, NC Service has built up a market-leading position thanks to its team of highly qualified engineers, who are given extensive training. The company currently employs around 40 people and is committed to encouraging young talent; this is demonstrated by its collaboration with a number of training schemes.
In addition to its used milling machine retrofitting service, the company also offers prompt and effective technical support, as well as a preventive maintenance service that aims to avoid unforeseen problems and damage to machines.
The company’s portfolio is completed by a comprehensive range of spares.
NC Service embarked on an ambitious expansion in 2016 by purchasing a new building and extending its production area — and the range of machines in stock.
It also created a showroom to give customers the opportunity to view newly retrofitted milling machines.
The company also extended its offering to include other brands of CNC milling machines — such as Anayak, Zayer and Soraluce — and other types of metal-cutting machinery.
To date, more than 200 milling machines have been installed world-wide after being retrofitted by NC Service, and each machine comes with a guarantee of ‘high quality and reliability’.
The company says that 80% of its sales are made outside Spain; and although Europe continues to be its main market, milling machines have been sent as far afield as South Africa, the USA, Oman and Russia.
