The company now has the latest generation of HandySCAN Black Elite hand-held scanners at its disposal, providing an effective and reliable way to acquire 3-D measurements of physical objects.

Manchester Metrology (www.manchester-metrology.co.uk) has experienced rapid growth since its inception in 2008, and it has established itself as a market leader in the inspection of engineered components.

"We have witnessed huge advancements in the metrology sector and now look forward to a very exciting future.”

The company currently employs 15 people, with three new members of staff added this year.

It is dedicated to providing training and opportunities for the younger generation, and it currently has two engineering apprentices attending Tameside College.
