Lincolnshire-based Scotts Precision Manufacturing Ltd, a leading designer and manufacturer of vegetable-harvesting machinery, has reported record sales in 2019.
The company (
www.scottsuk.com) sold 70 Evolution separators last year (20 more than its previous high) and a record number of its Trinity range of haulm toppers to customers in the UK, the USA, Europe, Norway and Canada.
Managing director Derek Scott said: “Our marketing activity, advertising, exhibition attendance and word-of-mouth referrals from satisfied customers have all helped sales.
"We also completed a 6,500ft
2 extension of our factory at the end of November, which has given us the increased production space we need to keep up with demand.
