Dorset-based Meggitt (UK) Ltd (a subsidiary of Meggitt plc) has announced an investment in Bristol-based HiETA Technologies Ltd that will accelerate the development of the next generation of high-performance and lightweight thermal systems for aerospace and energy applications.

Meggitt’s experience in designing and manufacturing advanced heat-exchanger technologies for mission-critical aerospace and industrial applications complements HiETA’s experience in designing and using additive manufacturing to build components for aerospace, defence and motor-sport applications.
