Van Geffen is a recognised leader in reliability and vibration monitoring services, specialising in the prevention and solving of problems with machinery, foundations and structures.
Chris Rea, managing director of AES Engineering Group, said: “Asset reliability products and services are a fast-growing and rapid-technology development area.
“The acquisition of Van Geffen is part of a strategic decision to make AVT Reliability Ltd a global business that will both support and be supported by the AESseal Reliability Group.”
