Northern Industrial acquired by US-based Radwell

Blackburn-based Northern Industrial has announced its acquisition by Radwell International, a leading global supplier of surplus and remanufactured industrial control systems which is headquartered in the USA, and will result in ‘increased efficiency, better value, and the ability to adapt and scale the combined offering to meet the global purchasing needs of customers worldwide’.

David Lenehan, general manager of Europe, said: “After over 40 years of growth, Northern Industrial is delighted to become part of Radwell.
