Creaform, a business unit of
AMETEK, Inc, and a world leader in automated and portable 3-D measurement solutions, has taken a significant stride towards elevating its customer experience around the world through substantial investments in ‘state of the art’ customer service centres. With several centres already operational and more planned, this initiative exemplifies the company’s commitment to delivering unparalleled global customer support.
So far this year, Creaform has inaugurated eight new service centres in Korea, Thailand, Brazil, Mexico, and with partners in Taiwan, Indonesia, Turkey, and the UK, where it has opened a new centre in collaboration with Towcester-based
Measurement Solutions Ltd. Plans are afoot to open other centres in Malaysia, Israel, Australia, India, Singapore, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia and Vietnam. With these eight additional service centres on the horizon, it represents a total of 16 countries targeted in 2023 and early 2024.
Designed to facilitate its customers’ experience and optimise their journey, these new service centres will specialise in a comprehensive range of services, including hardware and software support, calibration, diagnostics, logistics, and supplies provisioning. Offering multilingual services and support to ensure that customers get the most out of their products and solutions, the proximity of these centres will ensure faster service and reductions in shipping costs.
David Gagné, Creaform vice president of customer services, said: “At Creaform, we believe that exceptional customer support is non-negotiable. Our new centres not only signify our commitment to providing the best possible support but also reflect our ongoing efforts to connect with customers on a more personal level.”
