Spain-based Meltio, a disruptive laser metal deposition technology manufacturer, has appointed 3D Solution as an official sales and integration partner in Germany. 3D Solution and Bräuer Group managers were present at Meltio’s headquarters in Linares in March for the worldwide launch of the new Meltio M600 metal 3-D printer which makes the production of large additively manufactured (AM) metal parts easier and more reliable than ever before, while also being tailored perfectly to meet the needs of industrial manufacturing with 24/7 production cycles.

Meltio offers a pioneering metal AM solution that enables industrial applications with a process built around welding wire, the safest, cleanest, and most affordable metal feedstock on the market.

3D Solution will focus on building a supportive ecosystem for Meltio’s technology in the German market partnering and driving business opportunities alongside technology centres, tooling machine companies, robotic integrators, academia, and industry.

Thomas Bräuer, a welding engineer at Bräuer Group, said: “We are excited about this partnership with Meltio to open up new possibilities in the clean production of metal parts.
