Warwickshire-based ANT Industries, a leading precision engineering specialist headquartered in Atherstone, is celebrating a year of unprecedented success and growth. Specialising in the manufacturing of components for aerospace and gas turbine engines, the company has emerged as a leading centre of excellence in the industry, setting high standards for quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

One of ANT Industries’ defining strengths lies in its global reach, with 72% of its products exported to international markets. The company manufactures a wide range of engine rings, casings, and prismatic parts at its ‘state of the art CNC machine shop for a number of aerospace customers, including Eaton Aerospace, Rolls Royce, and ITP. With five years worth of order secured from these clients, ANT Industries has solidified its position as a trusted partner in the aerospace industry.

ANT Industries’ managing director Shaun Rowley, said: “We are immensely proud of the strides we have made as a company. Our success is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our talented team, as well as our unwavering commitment to excellence in everything we do.”

Central to ANT Industries’ success is its investment in cutting-edge technology and machinery. Over the past 18 months, the company has invested heavily in new large five-axis machines, including a HAAS UMC 1000SS and an ANCA FX5 Linear, with further investments lined up for arrival in the second quarter of this year supplied by the Engineering Technology Group. These machines will further enhance ANT Industries’ manufacturing capabilities, enabling the company to meet the evolving needs of its customers.

Furthermore, ANT Industries prides itself on its commitment to nurturing talent and fostering diversity within its long-serving workforce. With a growing team, the firm has been successful in recruiting both young engineers and in also attracting more women to consider a career in the manufacturing industry.
