Aberlink recognised with a 2024 Kings Award for Enterprise

Aberlink Ltd has been honoured with a King’s Award for Enterprise for Innovation 2024 in recognition of the outstanding design innovation and error mapping of the Extol CNC coordinate measuring machine (CMM). The company is one of 252 organisations nationally to be recognised with a prestigious King’s Award for Enterprise. Aberlink has been recognised for its excellence in the innovation category. A total of 257 awards are made with five companies being recognised with two awards.
Employing 44 people, Aberlink was founded in 1993 and is the largest UK-owned manufacturer of CMMs. Marcus Eales, Aberlink owner/director, said: “It’s a great honour to be recognised with a King’s Award for Enterprise in the innovation category — it underscores 30 years of constantly pushing to create unique solutions to metrology problems that have applications worldwide. The Extol CNC CMM is an excellent example of this in practice.”
