Minerva Metrology and Calibration, a trusted and respected calibration services provider based in the Benelux region. This strategic move underscores NMi’s commitment to enhancing its services across the full product value chain through a buy-and-build strategy.
Minerva Metrology and Calibration brings a unique value proposition to this acquisition, including regional expansion — Minerva’s accredited ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory expands NMi Group’s calibration services in the Benelux and strengthens its customer coverage and market position in the DACH region; expertise in assessment — extensive experience with other calibration labs ensures unparalleled quality assurance and outstanding service; fluke reseller — the two companies’ status as a fluke calibration distributor further enhances NMi Group’s capabilities and provides customers access to high-quality calibration equipment and instruments; and training and development — Minerva's commitment to training further enriches NMi Group’s offerings, providing customers with the necessary knowledge and expertise to maximise the value of their calibration services.
