French spring manufacturer acquired by the Lesjöfors Group

French spring manufacturer acquired by the Lesjöfors GroupSweden-headquartered Lesjӧfors Group has acquired its first spring manufacturer in France, with the purchase of Ressorts Lacroix, expanding its European spring supply solutions. The leading spring and pressing manufacturer has acquired several spring companies in recent months and this latest acquisition is a key element of Lesjӧfors’ strategic growth plan for Europe.

Based in the centre of Northern France, Ressorts Lacroix’s product portfolio includes a range of springs and wire parts for customers within the hydraulic, automotive, aerospace and medical sector, with the quality excellence that the Lesjӧfors Group is renowned for.
