Southern Manufacturing & Electronics 2025, taking place 4-6 February in Farnborough, says there are a number of factors to consider to ensure you are getting the best unit price and lead time for your mass-moulded PP, PC, ABS and technical polymer components — including the possibility of reshoring to give better control over stock holdings, quality, output, and overall cash flow (Stand C195).

Broanmain says that given tooling is the biggest one-time expense, the company’s in-house engineers “will explain how to best amortise this investment to maximise production volumes — including how on-site maintenance and repairs can extend the life of your tooling. They can also discuss assembly, packing, and storage logistics, and how these services can support your budgets and timelines by further streamlining the manufacturing process and lowering total costs per unit.”
