Wolverhampton Electro Plating recruits QHSE managerWolverhampton Electro Plating (WEP), a metal finishing specialist, has further strengthened its team by appointing Neil Donaldson as Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Manager. He has over 25 years’ experience in quality-based roles and will be tasked with reveiwing all WEP’s processes to ensure the very highest standards are being met across the business.

He said: “I am delighted to be at WEP. It is a fascinating business and I have already learnt a great deal. It is my job to review the process flow and to find new solutions, ensuring the very highest quality standards are being met. I will also be introducing new objectives around health and safety, as well as carrying out environmental audits to ensure WEP is operating as sustainably as possible. There is a fantastic team in place and I am looking forward to the challenge ahead.”

Mr Donaldson has worked in the plastic packaging, automotive and railway industries, and has experience of dealing with Tier One automotive suppliers and has successfully steered businesses to TS 16949 and ISO 14001 standard.

WEP is part of the Anochrome Group and works with some of the biggest Tier One suppliers and OEMs in the automotive, construction, rail, petrochemical, wind energy, highways and commercial vehicle sectors.
