Renishaw will debut its latest metrology innovation, MODUS IM Equator software, at
EMO Hannover 2025, taking place from 22-26 September (Stand D06, Hall 5). Designed for use with the Equator and Equator-X gauging systems, the software introduces a streamlined, code-free approach to inspection programming through a CAD-based interface. This development enables faster setup and improved productivity on the shopfloor.
MODUS IM Equator software automatically ensures collision-free machine movements and incorporates both Absolute and Compare inspection modes for enhanced flexibility, particularly with the new Equator-X dual method systems. It also integrates with Renishaw Central, the company’s manufacturing connectivity and data platform, to support real-time process control and analytics.
This latest release marks Renishaw’s continued investment in intelligent metrology, offering a simplified yet powerful solution for inspection planning, reporting, and automation — without requiring specialist programming knowledge.
