ITM Industry Europe 2026 is set to re-affirm the exhibition’s position as the leading industrial trade fair in Central and Eastern Europe, and will have a strong focus on human-centric innovation. The next edition, which will take place from 26-29 May 2026 at MTP Poznań Expo, will feature expanded thematic zones and new initiatives, reinforcing the fair’s role as a key meeting point for professionals across the manufacturing sector. The concept is built around the idea that people — not machines — are the true drivers of technological progress.
ITM Industry Europe 2026 will be structured around four core exhibitions:
AUTOMA, MACH-TOOL, WELDING, and
SURFEX, each reflecting the legacy and specialisation of past editions.
AUTOMA will showcase automation, robotics, and pneumatics, with returning highlights like the Collaborative Robot Zone and Pneumat Game, offering hands-on engagement and real-world implementation insights.
MACH-TOOL will present large-scale machining centres, CNC systems, and advanced sheet metal processing technologies, with live demonstrations creating a fully immersive industrial environment. The
WELDING exhibition remains a key destination for professionals across the sector, offering not only business networking but also live demonstrations that appeal to both seasoned welders and technical staff from major manufacturing operations.
SURFEX will focus on surface treatment innovations, including painting, galvanisation, and coatings designed to enhance durability and reduce environmental impact—particularly relevant for automotive, aerospace, and construction sectors.
Joanna Kucharska, product group director at Grupa MTP, the fair organiser, says that the ITM brand remains the umbrella identity, with the slogan ‘Innovations, Technologies, Machines’ continuing to define the fair’s theme.
Cutting-edge solutionsThe 2026 edition promises to be the most comprehensive yet, combining tradition with cutting-edge solutions and offering a platform for meaningful business dialogue and technology exchange. Welding technologies are evolving rapidly, and
ITM Industry Europe 2026 is set to showcase the latest advancements in robotic welding stations, safety systems, and material joining processes.
Pictured left: The Robot Zone at ITM EuropeOne of the show highlights returning next year is the DEMOBUS zone, which made its debut in 2025. Positioned outside the exhibition halls, this mobile showcase of industrial automation solutions proved very popular. Specialised buses equipped with live systems allowed for hands-on interaction, and the format was praised for its accessibility and engagement. With favourable weather and strategic placement, the zone became a natural start or end point for many visitors, adding real value to the fair experience.
The 2026 edition will introduce three new thematic areas: the TOOL ZONE; the INDUSTRIAL METROLOGY ZONE; and the INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION ZONE, which will have h a strong emphasis on IT-driven manufacturing solutions. Organisers are also responding to market demand with programming focused on the arms industry and certified training tailored to niche professional groups.
A major highlight remains the ‘Women Factories of the Future’ conference, which made a strong impact in 2025 by spotlighting the role of women in industrial innovation. The event drew significant attention and featured powerful, authentic voices from across the sector. Its success has led to plans for a second edition, preceded by a special LinkedIn Local meeting for the industrial community, scheduled for 9 October 2025 in Poznań.
In line with its forward-looking approach,
ITM Industry Europe 2026 launches a new graphic identity inspired by fingerprints — symbolising the human element at the heart of industrial progress. The concept reflects the belief that even the most advanced technologies are driven by human creativity and vision.
Confidence in engineering sector is growing, supported by recent market indicators such as the Eurozone manufacturing PMI reaching 50.7 in July 2025 — the first time in over three years it has crossed the growth threshold. With over 85% of 2025 visitors planning to return, the show is positioned to be the largest and wide-ranging industrial event in Central Europe. The fair will take place alongside the
Modernlog and
Sub-contracting exhibitions.
