3D People to showcase 3-D printing at DroneXUK-based additive manufacturing specialist 3D People is preparing to make its mark at DroneX 2025, which takes place at ExCeL London from 30 September to 1 October (Stand DX602). Visitors will see first-hand how industrial polymer 3-D printing is reshaping the design and manufacture of drone components.

3D People will display a range of sample drone parts alongside real-world case studies that demonstrate how the company has supported clients with the production of critical components. Visitors will also have the opportunity to pick up a limited number of free sample packs, offering a hands-on introduction to the quality and versatility of 3D People’s additive manufacturing (AM) services.

Sasha Brumhl, co-founder of 3D People, said: “We are excited to be at DroneX to showcase how our 3-D printing solutions empower drone manufacturers to move faster, reduce part weight, and achieve complex designs without the need for tooling. We will be able to highlight not only what is possible, but how manufacturers can take practical steps to integrate AM into their workflows.”

Strong, lightweight components

3D People’s expertise extends across the drone ecosystem, supporting organisations working with autonomous aerial vehicles (UAVs), ground vehicles (UGVs), surface vessels (USVs), and underwater systems (UUVs). The company’s services enable the production of strong, lightweight components with tight tolerances, whether for one-off prototypes or production runs exceeding 100,000 parts. By leveraging advanced surface finishing options and streamlined production processes, 3D People helps customers cut lead times and enhance the performance of their drone systems.

Felix Manley, co-founder of 3D People, said: “The drone industry thrives on innovation, and industrial 3-D printing is a natural fit both for rapid prototyping and production alike. We are looking forward to engaging with engineers, designers and manufacturers at DroneX, and showing them how AM can give them a competitive edge.”

Throughout the two-day event, members of the 3D People team will be on hand to discuss design optimisation, material selection, and manufacturing strategies tailored to the needs of drone applications.

DroneX 2025 is the UK’s leading event dedicated to UAV and drone technology, providing visitors with a unique opportunity to explore the latest innovations shaping the sector. Those interested in learning more about the potential of AM for drone production are invited to visit 3D People’s stand, view live samples, and collect a free sample pack while stocks last.
