The new CUBE-R M series introduces a modular approach to at-line inspection, offering manufacturers a flexible and scalable solution for achieving 100% inspection and zero-defect deliveries.
The M series comprises three core models — M2, M3, and M4 — designed to accommodate parts up to 2, 3, and 4m respectively. Each configuration is built around the MetraSCAN 3D-R scanner and integrates seamlessly into existing production environments. The system’s modularity allows manufacturers to tailor the solution to their specific needs, ensuring future-proof adaptability and operational efficiency.

The CUBE-R M series is engineered to deliver continuous, high-accuracy measurements even in challenging shopfloor conditions, including vibration and complex surfaces. By combining hardware and software in a tightly integrated system, the solution enables smart offline programming, rapid cycle times through parallel processing, and full-field 3-D data capture at high frame rates.
Creaform’s latest offering also includes a suite of configurable options aimed at enhancing productivity and integration. These include metrology-grade scanning capabilities with the MetraSCAN-R BLACK+ Elite HD, forklift-compatible removable mounting plates for fast part swaps, and the Virtek Iris 3-D positioning system for precise alignment. Additional modules such as a secure remote access kit and a dedicated sheet metal inspection solution further extend the system’s versatility.
The M series is supported by Creaform’s Metrology Suite, which features a digital-twin environment designed for ease-of-use, allowing operators of all skill levels to confidently program and operate robotic systems.
