Airbus A350-900 aircraft, reinforcing its position as Africa’s largest A350 operator. The airline already operates 20 A350s and says the new order will support its long-term growth strategy.
Mesfin Tasew, Ethiopian Airlines Group’s CEO, said: “We are delighted to expand our A350 fleet, which has been instrumental in delivering exceptional passenger experience and operational efficiency. This order reflects our commitment to sustainable growth and modernisation.”

The additional aircraft will bring Ethiopian Airlines’ total A350 fleet to 26, further strengthening its global network and supporting its vision to remain the leading carrier in Africa.
