Royal Van Leeuwen acquires Corrotherm International

Royal Van Leeuwen acquires Corrotherm International Royal Van Leeuwen, an international distribution company specialising in steel pipes, and pipe and tube applications, has acquired the global business activities of Corrotherm International. Founded in 1992, Corrotherm International is a global supplier of high-quality nickel alloy seamless pipes, fittings, and flanges. Corrotherm International provides expertise and supplies material to international customers in sectors such as oil and gas, and the petrochemical industry.

As of January 2026, the business operations and assets, including the office, warehouse, stocks and the specialist team in Amersfoort, the Netherlands will be integrated into the Royal Van Leeuwen organisation. Amersfoort will serve as the operational base for Corrotherm International’s global activities within Royal Van Leeuwen.

Joop Sassen, chairman of the management board and CEO of Royal Van Leeuwen said: “By acquiring the global business activities of Corrotherm International, we are not only adding an important niche product to our existing portfolio of material, but also gaining a strong team of experts with a global track record. Together, we will be able to offer an even more comprehensive package of material to our customers in the Energy sector.”

Van Leeuwen's strategy is focused on further expanding and strengthening its leading market position in various countries and market segments through acquisitions and autonomous growth.
