Isembard and Dexory partner to scale robotics manufacturing

Isembard and Dexory partner to scale robotics manufacturingIsembard, the manufacturing company for critical industries, has announced a strategic partnership with Dexory to manufacture components for its autonomous warehouse robots and support production scaling across the United Kingdom and the United States.

Under the partnership, Isembard will produce components for Dexory’s autonomous robots using its software-powered factories. With operations spanning London, Exeter and Gosport in the UK, and a growing presence in Texas and Missouri, the company will enable high-quality, scalable production. The collaboration brings together Dexory’s advanced robotics platform with Isembard’s vertically integrated manufacturing capability, powered by its proprietary MasonOS.

Demand for autonomous robotics is accelerating across logistics, defence, and industrial sectors at an incredible pace, placing increasing pressure on manufacturing capacity. Isembard’s model, combining advanced machine tools, robotics and software across owned and franchise factories, is designed to meet this demand with speed, precision, and resilience.

Together, the companies will scale production to a run rate of thousands of units per year by the end of 2027, supporting global demand for Dexory’s platform while strengthening sovereign manufacturing capability across both regions.

The partnership builds on Isembard’s mission to rebuild industrial capacity in the West through distributed, high-performance factories, at a time when demand for advanced manufacturing is rising sharply across robotics and critical industries.

Alexander Fitzgerald, founder and CEO of Isembard, said: “Dexory is building one of the most important robotics platforms from Europe. By combining their product with our manufacturing system, we can move faster from design to scaled production than traditional supply chains allow. This is exactly the kind of partnership we are building Isembard for.”

Andrei Danescu, founder and CEO of Dexory, added: “Most robotics companies struggle to scale globally. With Isembard, we remove that barrier and enable higher operational speed. This partnership enables us to scale Dexory’s robots quickly and reliably to meet growing global demand, while maintaining the quality and consistency our customers depend on to run their operations with confidence.”
