Rather than focusing on individual machines, the company will showcase integrated solutions that connect equipment, software, material handling and data throughout the production process. At Hall 12, Stand B66, visitors will see how coordinated workflows can reduce manual intervention, streamline material movement and make better use of existing resources.
A key exhibit will be a fully automated laser cutting cell combining the 20kW ByCut 3015 laser cutting system with the ByTrans Modular loading and unloading system, BySort sorting automation and the ByTower Cross storage tower. Together, these technologies create a continuous production environment in which materials are automatically stored, transferred, processed and sorted.
Automated material handling reduces downtime and increases machine utilisation while ensuring finished parts are immediately prepared for downstream operations. The modular design allows manufacturers to expand the system as production requirements grow, while a common user interface and integration with Bystronic's software platform simplify operation and management.
According to Bystronic, the integrated approach demonstrates how manufacturers can improve throughput while reducing complexity in day-to-day production.
Automated bending and tube processingBystronic will also introduce the new Xpert Pro Midsize Bending Cell, designed to bring advanced bending automation to medium-sized manufacturers. The system combines automated handling, long autonomous running times and high process reliability to support cost-effective production.
At the centre of the cell is the new Xpert Pro 150/2050 Extended press brake, developed specifically for automated operation. Increased stroke length, wider access and an optimised machine design enable a broader range of parts to be processed automatically.
The machine incorporates Bystronic's Dynamic Crowning technology and Laser Angle Measurement System (LAMS), helping to maintain consistent bending accuracy and repeatability. An integrated four-metre conveyor line further improves productivity, allowing up to eight Euro pallets to be used for loading and unloading. This enables longer unattended production runs while increasing throughput and utilisation.
Alongside the new automated cell, visitors will be able to see the latest version of the Xpert Pro 150 press brake. New features include a sliding table, additional screen, handwheel and Servo Dynamic technology, all designed to simplify operation and reduce setup times. Combined with Dynamic Crowning and LAMS, the machine continues to focus on precision, ease of use and process reliability.
For tube and profile processing, Bystronic will display the compact version of the ByTube Star 330. The laser tube cutting system can process tubes and open profiles ranging from 19mm to 305mm without changeovers. Automatic loading and unloading, together with integrated drilling, thread cutting, marking and 3D cutting functions, help minimise labour requirements while supporting highly productive manufacturing. Available with laser powers of up to 10kW, the sysnd thicker materials.
Software and servicesBeyond machinery and automation, Bystronic will highlight the growing role of software and services in improving manufacturing performance.
The company's BySoft Suite brings together costing, planning, programming and production management within a single digital workflow. By providing visibility across the manufacturing process, the software enables more informed, data-driven decision-making and helps manufacturers improve operational efficiency.
Bystronic will also present its expanding service portfolio, including digital services, Power Upgrades and the myBystronic customer portal. These services are designed to improve machine availability, support predictive maintenance and help customers maximise the value of existing equipment.
