Aqueous cleaning at Advanex Europe

Advanex Europe Ltd, the Nottingham-based manufacturer of springs and precision components, has invested in an AVD 300 aqueous cleaning machine from MecWash
(www.mecwash.co.uk).
A compact version of the proven Midi and Maxis component-cleaning systems, the AVD can be incorporated in small-volume cells, but it is equally suited to large components or dense baskets of small parts.
Rob Newham at Advanex says: “We trialled several companies to achieve improved cleanliness for our parts. MecWash was not only able to supply the most suitable equipment, it also provided the correct chemical formulated to our requirements, achieving fantastic results that were beyond our expectations.”
