Globe Industrial Park (
www.globeindustrialpark.co.uk) in Greater Manchester has been sold for £13.75 million.
The 22-unit multi-let industrial estate is located on a 29-acre site in the Dukinfield area that was originally used for railway sidings, plus a carriage and wagon works. Extensive refurbishment works have been carried out in recent years at the park.
