Sheffield-based Eclipse Magnetics (www.eclipsemagnetics.com) (Hall 6, Stand L01) will use EMO to promote its range of magnetic filters for precision metal-finishing processes.

These will include the company’s latest development — the AutoFiltrex automated filtration and cleaning unit. The stand will also feature products from the Micromag, Filtramag+, Automag and Automag Skid ranges.

Eclipse’s Micromag is a compact magnetic filter for standard machines, while the Filtramag+ is a stainless-steel filtration unit for higher-flow and higher-contamination applications.

The Automag is described as a fully automated filtration system for 24/7 processes, while the Automag Skid is an automated filtration and reclaim system for applications with flow rates of up to 10,000 litres per min.

Visitors will see how the use of Eclipse products can reduce consumable filter and waste disposal costs, improve the surface finish of components, and extend the life-span of coolants and lubricants.

Also on display will be the company’s range of magnetic workshop tools, welding aids, work-holding equipment and lifting products.
