Aberdeen-based AJT Engineering (www.ajt-engineering.co.uk) has appointed Dave Scalley as its new chief operating officer to support its ambitious growth plans.

He has over 30 years’ experience in manufacturing and engineering, having worked in many sectors and been managing director of RQT Engineering Ltd and Almond Engineering Ltd.

The appointment comes in response to a high level of interest for AJT’s specialised engineering services from the power, renewables, rail, nuclear and valve industries, as well as oil and gas, along with increased demand for the experienced project team in AJT’s new Site Services division.
