New appointments at XYZ

After eight years working in the sales office of Burlescombe-based XYZ Machine Tools (
www.xyzmachinetools.com), Julia Aggett has been promoted to the role of customer services manager, supporting the company’s team of service engineers.
She said: “I am relishing the opportunity to develop our existing customer support. We are expanding the service team and making changes to our way of working to ensure that we can respond to customer needs in the shortest possible time.”
Three new engineers bring the number of people in the service team to 18.
They are: Mark Thorby (providing additional service cover in East Anglia and Cambridge); Allan Walker (South West of England and Wales); and Jack Roderick (extending service coverage in the North of England).
The team has also been enhanced by the appointments of Victoria Hiller and Rebecca Kemp as customer service representatives; they join the Help Desk team at XYZ’s headquarters in Devon.
