Annette Doyle has left her post as managing director of Luton-based Trumpf UK (www.trumpf.com) to continue her career with Trumpf Inc in Connecticut, passing management of the company to a new three-man team with a combined experience of 60 years at Trumpf facilities in several countries.

Lee Moakes (pictured) heads the new team as managing director, having been the company’s technical director since 2014.

He joined Trumpf in 2000 as a laser service engineer and progressed through project management to become general manager for after-sales with Trumpf India, before returning to the UK four years ago.

The second new appointment is Gerry Jones as sales director. His career with Trumpf UK started in 1994 in laser sales, and he has risen through the ranks to manage the national sales team for both lasers and systems.

The third new appointment is Juergen Herr as new finance director; he has been a Trumpf employee for 18 years.
