Northamptonshire-based Fein,
a power tool manufacturer (
www.fein.com/en_uk), has restructured its UK operations to offer more support to customers around the country — and strengthen its application-based metal-working strategy.
The company has split its sales operation into three areas (north, central and south), with multiple managers covering each area.
Area sales managers will focus on supporting Fein dealers, while area technical sales managers will provide support to customers.
National sales manager Andy Mills said: “With over 150 years’ experience of manufacturing power tools, Fein has a proud history of innovation.
"The change in structure supports our on-going strategy of providing high levels of support to dealers and application-based solutions to end users in the metal-working sector.
“Our expert representatives have a huge amount of industry experience, and with more representatives spread across the UK, we can now visit more end users than ever before and gain a thorough understanding of their applications and the problems they are facing.
"It will also provide the opportunity for end users to learn more about the fantastic range of products and solutions that Fein offers.”
