The steel framework for the new Oliver Valves factory and office buildings has been erected on the Parkgate Industrial Estate in Knutsford.
The company has bought three units (comprising 17,387ft
2 of space) and will use them to expand its instrumentation, sub-sea and pipeline valves product range.
Company chairman Michael Oliver said (www.valves.co.uk): “We have been present on Parkgate Industrial Estate for more than 40 years, and the Novus business park — sited within it — that provided the perfect opportunity for us to buy a ‘Grade A’ industrial facility and ensure our long-term growth plans were catered for.
We look forward to seeing the development progress over the next few months.”
The valve manufacturer currently owns eight buildings on the Parkgate Industrial Estate; the completion of the three new buildings is scheduled for September.
