The 22 Series 600 WRBW, which combines all of the technological and mechanical developments in the larger 32 and 42 series deburring machines, such as a uniform and even result, even wear of the tooling, high production capacity, and industry 4.0 functionalities in a 600mm wide platform. It is now the most compact rotary brushing machine that delivers premium Timesavers deburring, rounding, and finishing results.

Ideal for customers with smaller production demands and associated budgets, the 22 Series WRBW is constructed with a vacuum belt to transfer parts through the first abrasive belt to remove burrs, prior to processing by the four rotary brushes to round external and internal edges (and remove laser oxide skin if specified), with a second belt providing the surface finish requirements to deliver perfectly deburred and rounded parts.

Its arrival marks the completion of the Timesavers RB range for premium deburring and rounding at every budget and capacity. While the 22 Series WRBW is the new star of the on-line showroom the remainder of the range is well represented with the successful and versatile rotary brush machine the 42 series WWRBW able to deburr, edge round up to 2mm radius, finish and remove laser oxide in one pass, with a working width of 1,350 and 1,600mm. Its sister machine the 42 series HWRB, in addition to the aforementioned applications, is also able to remove heavy slag on plasma or flame cut parts with Timesavers innovative Hammerhead feature.

In the middle of the range is the compact and versatile 32 series WRBW for deburring, edge rounding and finishing of parts up to 1,050mm, while the 12 series WB for efficient deburring and finishing, and the 10 series manual grinder is capable of deburring, edge rounding, finishing and laser oxide or heavy slag removal of small batches.
