Major R&D and manufacturing facility underway for KLA

KLA Corporation has appointed Trebor Developments to develop a new high-tech manufacturing, research and development and office facility in Newport, South Wales. The building of 210,000ft² will represent around $100 million investment by KLA in its expansion plans, providing a ‘state of the art’ innovation centre and facilities for up to 750 staff.

Trebor have appointed Andrew Scott Ltd as main contractor, with on-site work commencing this month and completion expected in early 2025 followed by a specialist technical manufacturing fit out.
