Vision Engineering Ltd has introduced a new line of microscopy and metrology products designed to make the company’s technology more accessible. For example, with the global launch of the OPTA stereo viewer, Vision Engineering says it is providing a new entry point for its patented optical stereo microscope technology.
“With a choice of three stands and two lenses, the OPTA eyepiece-less stereo microscope redefines the entry point for users to benefit from the company’s exceptional image quality, ergonomic design and ease of use. We have also introduced advancements across our EVO Cam, Lynx EVO, and Swift PRO product lines. These enhancements broaden the appeal and applications of these tools, making them more accessible to a wider range of industries and users.”
The EVO Cam digital microscope series now offers a wider range of configurations, giving even greater flexibility for digital inspection tasks; and with the launch of a new, simplified ICON model, users can now choose from multiple software configurations and ergonomic stands, and thereby tailor their EVO Cam system for ‘effortless image comparison, capture, measurement, and reporting’.
Meanwhile, the Lynx EVO stereo microscope range has been extended to include a more simple and cost-effective, non-zoom variant.
“This is designed to make the benefits of Lynx EVO accessible to a much wider audience, one requiring exceptional image quality and clarity, useable working distance, and a high level of user comfort. We have also enhanced the Swift PRO metrology line of bench-top optical measuring systems, with the release of the new Swift Pro Edge. This features a 6.5x zoom and enables quick, precise measurements of a wide range of part sizes and features without time-consuming lens changes for different measurement tasks; and with our industry standard, user-friendly Metlogix software, operators of all skill levels will be able to operate the Edge more efficiently and more productively.”
