Tezmaksan to unveil expanded CubeBOX line at EMO

Tezmaksan, a European leader in CNC automation, will highlight its most comprehensive range of CubeBOX robotic systems at EMO Hannover 2025, the leading international trade fair for production technologies, taking place 22-26 September (Stand C19, Hall 16).

The company will showcase eight advanced automation solutions, several of which will be making their show debuts. Among the new innovations is the CubeBOX Welding PRO-S, a modular welding cell featuring a 1,000 x 1,500mm table and full integration with Tezmaksan’s RoboCAM software. Designed with flexibility in mind, the system includes a touch panel PC and supports single, dual or multi-machine configurations.

Also on show is the CubeBOX Blues RT-VISE, a rotary table system paired with a six-axis industrial robot. With 42 vises and a table diameter of 1,100mm, it supports payloads of 12, 25 or 35kg and is optimised for dual-machine set ups. Hakan Aydoğdu, CEO of Tezmaksan Robot Technologies, said: “We have engineered the RT-VISE to solve one of the biggest pain points in flexible automation — how to securely handle a wide variety of workpieces without changing setups every hour.”

Drawer-based tending system
The CubeBOX Blues DR 3P will be shown as a drawer-based tending system for continuous part-exchange during operation. Designed for small to medium batches, it supports modular inlay configurations and payloads up to 35kg. Visitors will also see the CubeBOX IO, a collaborative system for handling vises and pallets, tailored for cobot integration with payloads of 20–25kg.

Tezmaksan will also display the compact EcoLEAN V1 and V2 models, designed for lean automation in space-constrained environments. The CubeBOX Tower, a rotating high-capacity cell, will be shown with support for up to 48 pallets and shelf loads of 200kg, enabling uninterrupted production.

All systems feature RoboCAM software, which converts 2D CAD drawings into robot-ready programs without coding. Mr Aydoğdu concluded: “EMO Hannover 2025 is the ideal platform to reveal the full scope of our CubeBOX innovation — from welding to pallet handling, we now offer solutions that support both SMEs and high-volume manufacturers.”
