EuroBLECH 2026 gains momentum as exhibitors sign upThe global sheet metal working industry is already gearing up for EuroBLECH 2026, following a highly successful 2024 edition that saw a surge in rebookings. Organised by RX, the 28th edition of the exhibition will take place from 20 to 23 October 2026 at the Hannover Exhibition Grounds, continuing its reputation as the world’s leading trade fair for sheet metal-working technology.

For the first time, exhibitors were able to rebook their stand space while still at the 2024 show, a move that proved popular and resulted in a significant portion of the available space already being allocated across the nine halls.

Evelyn Warwick, exhibition director for EuroBLECH on behalf of RX, said: “The enthusiasm we saw from exhibitors rebooking at EuroBLECH 2024 was a strong signal of confidence in the event. While the broader market remains challenging, the show remains the most important global platform for showcasing sheet metal innovation. With new features launching and continued demand for cutting-edge, sustainable, digitalised and AI-enabled solutions, the event is evolving alongside the industry itself.”

EuroBLECH 2026 will reflect the sector’s ongoing transformation, with a focus on efficiency, flexibility and resilience. Technologies such as AI-enabled workflows, robotics, laser innovations and circular manufacturing will be at the forefront, highlighting the strategies shaping a more sustainable future for sheet metal-working.

Tangible business value

The 2024 edition welcomed 1,317 exhibitors and 38,946 trade visitors from 114 countries, occupying a gross exhibition space of 160,000m2. With 81% of visitors involved in purchasing decisions and many actively seeking new suppliers or partners, the event continues to deliver tangible business value.

New features for 2026 include the Innovation Zone, showcasing emerging technologies and system-ready concepts, and the Job Shop and Sub-contractors Market, which will connect fabrication centres and sub-contractors with OEMs and other manufacturers. Automotive Guided Tours will be introduced to help automotive OEMs navigate the show and connect with relevant suppliers, complementing the existing Guided Tours.

Returning features include the NextGen Technology Stage, which will host expert-led sessions on automation, digitalisation, sustainability and AI, and the EuroBLECH Awards, which will again celebrate excellence across six categories. The upgraded Visitor app will help attendees plan their visit more effectively, while Careers Day will continue to support workforce development by connecting young professionals with hiring companies.

Companies interested in exhibiting at EuroBLECH 2026 can now explore stand options and packages, including the popular myEuroBLECH Easy Package and the First-Time Exhibitor Package designed to support newcomers. For further information visit the website here.
