norelem has expanded its range of clamping elements with the introduction of new toggle clamps featuring an integrated safety latch, along with additional versions of pull‑action clamps and quick‑release clamps designed for industrial applications. The additions are aimed at users who require fast and secure clamping with reliable repeatability, particularly where installation space is limited or loads are demanding.
The new toggle clamps are designed to improve safety and process reliability in both production and assembly environments. An integrated safety latch helps prevent accidental release, while dependable tension forces support consistent operation and reduce downtime. All versions enable tool‑free clamping to speed up set‑up and cycle times, and options for different mounting positions, compact installation and material choices in steel or stainless steel add further flexibility for a wide range of industries.
Toggle clamps remain a proven solution for rapidly securing lids, covers and fixtures, and norelem has introduced three new product families comprising 15 new options. The clamps are available in both steel and stainless steel, covering tensile forces from 1,630N to 34,000N. The standard toggle clamps are now offered with a safety latch, with horizontal and vertical models available. A safety hook engages automatically during closing, preventing unintended opening even under vibration or impact.
Demanding environmentsThe mechanism can be released easily with one hand when required. For more demanding environments, norelem has introduced heavy‑duty toggle clamps capable of delivering up to 34,000N of tensile force. These versions are suited to applications involving substantial loads, including gate valves, heavy fixtures, welding operations and general manufacturing.
To address applications where access and mounting space are restricted, norelem has added new pull‑action clamps designed for lateral mounting. Offered in steel and stainless steel, these clamps provide a retention force of up to 3,400N and are intended for installations where front mounting is not possible, such as narrow profiles, compact fixtures or confined machine housings.
The range has also been strengthened with new horizontal quick‑release clamps intended for applications where workpieces must be changed frequently and a consistent clamping position is essential. The first version features an angled foot to allow both horizontal and vertical installation, offering a retention force of 1,670N and a clamping force of 1,020N.
The second version incorporates a full retaining arm to support modifications and custom adjustments, delivering a retention force of 4,500N and a clamping force of 2,760N.Together, the expanded clamp range is designed to give engineers and manufacturers a broader choice of reliable, easy‑to‑use clamping devices suited to a wide spectrum of industrial tasks, from precise fixture building to heavy‑duty production environments.
