Tomorrow’s Engineers Week returns for 2026EngineeringUK has announced its ever-popular national campaign – Tomorrow's Engineers Week — will return for 2026. Taking place from 9 to 13 November 2026, the week will celebrate engineering and technology and showcase exciting career opportunities – all designed to inspire the next generation into a rewarding career.

Each year, thousands of students across the UK take part in the week-long celebration. From classroom activities and assemblies to Q&A sessions with real engineers, young people get the chance to find out more about the exciting and impactful world of engineering and technology.

Beth Elgood, director of communications at EngineeringUK, said: “We are excited to bring back Tomorrow’s Engineers Week, now in its 14th year. Last year, a record 60,000 young people from schools around the UK took part in our activities for schools during the week. With many more participating in activities organised across the engineering and technology community.

“The week is a huge collaborative effort which brings that community together to get young people from all backgrounds excited about future careers. It is a great opportunity for everyone working in our sector to showcase the fantastic work they are doing, how it shapes our world and the diversity of career opportunities on offer.”

Tomorrow’s Engineers Week is part of EUK Education’s programmes for schools – which aim to inspire young people from all backgrounds to consider engineering and technology careers. All the programmes are free for schools to register.

More details regarding the theme for the week and details of how to get involved will be released in the near future. To receive the latest updates, sign up to EngineeringUK’s newsletter here.
