TextureJet to focus on surface processing technologyNottingham-based TextureJet Ltd, a pioneer in advanced surface engineering solutions, will be showing its surface processing technology at MACH 2026, which is taking place 20-24 April 2026 (Hall 20, Stand 588). The company’s innovative process delivers greater precision, consistency, and sustainability compared to conventional methods for deburring, surface preparation, and part-marking.

TextureJet will use the leading UK exhibition to launch an innovative new system for part marking alongside the latest evolution of its flagship technology, the next-generation STAT machine which delivers enhanced performance in a streamlined, compact design, offering manufacturers greater flexibility, usability, and control than ever before.

Jonathon Mitchell-Smith, TextureJet’s CEO and founder, said: “We are proud to be showcasing our latest innovations at MACH this year. It is a fantastic opportunity to connect with industry leaders and demonstrate how TextureJet is helping manufacturers push the boundaries of surface processing.

“Our technology is game-changing when it comes to modifying component features and surfaces with precision and control. We eliminate the need for traditional abrasives and chemicals. This means our solutions offer a cleaner, more consistent, and more sustainable approach to surface engineering.”

Visitors will see how TextureJet’s technology enables superior edge shaping, improved surface preparation, and durable part-marking, offering significant advantages for industries working with high-value components and advanced materials.
