Volution Holdings acquire Oko-Haustechnik Inventer

Volution Holdings — a Crawley-based company that specialises in providing products to ventilate buildings — has acquired Oko-Haustechnik Inventer, which is said to have a significant share of the decentralised residential heat-recovery ventilation market in Germany, with its products installed in both new and old residential buildings.

This is the third acquisition by the West Sussex business in the last two years, having acquired Swedish ventilation companies Fresh and PAX.
