Matrix Machine Tool (Coventry) Limited (www.matrix-machine.com) has recently developed a range of six innovative new CNC gear grinding machines and will be showcasing the advanced capabilities of two of the company’s new cutting-edge, CNC gear grinding machines at EMO 2017 (on stand A16, Hall 11).

The Matrix MGG-0300 CNC continuous generating gear grinding machine was designed for the high volume production of gear forms, whilst the Matrix MBGC-100 CNC, is an advanced bevel gear cutter that can be configured to be a bevel gear grinder.

Also on the stand will be a highly-efficient new tapping module which will allow the company’s popular 0550 CNC machine to create back off angles for the grinding of taps.

The flexible module, when integrated with the 0550, is revolutionary in its operation and will grind threads and worms and also produce taps.
