Tamworth-based Theorem Solutions (
www.theorem.com) has released its latest CADverter for Creo to NX.
CADverter V20.3 supports Creo 2.0, 3.0 and 4.0, as well as NX 9.0, NX 10 and NX 11.
If required, this unidirectional CADverter can be licensed with Theorem’s NX-Creo CADverter to create a bi-directional translator.
Additional features and benefits included in V20.3 include support for assembly applications and the reading of PMI (product manufacturing information) attributes.
CADverter products translate assembly structure, geometry, attributes and — where available — 3-D PMI and metadata between Creo and NX, supporting model-based definition (MBD) processes.
Theorem says that its strategic partnerships with software company PTC and Siemens ensure that there is parallel development between the latest releases of Creo, NX and CADverter products.
