Valuechain has joined the
Odoo Partner Programme as an official Odoo Learning Partner, a move that will enable the company to offer broader ERP implementation and support services to manufacturers looking to modernise their operations.
The partnership combines Odoo’s modular enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform with Valuechain’s expertise in procurement, supplier collaboration, quality management and compliance, creating a more integrated approach to manufacturing and supply chain management.
Valuechain has traditionally worked alongside customers’ existing ERP systems, providing tools that support supplier-facing processes and collaboration beyond the core ERP environment. By becoming an Odoo Learning Partner, the company is extending that role to help manufacturers establish a modern ERP platform while maintaining stronger connections with suppliers and external partners.
The move is aimed particularly at mid-sized manufacturers operating in sectors such as aerospace, automotive, engineering and industrial manufacturing, where supplier performance and supply chain visibility can directly affect production schedules, quality standards and customer delivery commitments.
Under the partnership, Valuechain will be able to advise manufacturers on Odoo deployments, assist with implementation projects and provide training and support for users. The company will also integrate Odoo systems with its own supply chain collaboration platform, allowing information to flow between internal business processes and supplier-facing activities.
Sarah Gleeson, COO at Valuechain, said: “As a supply chain platform, we have always worked alongside our customers’ ERP systems. Becoming an Odoo Learning Partner is a natural extension of that approach and means we can now support manufacturers from the ERP foundation through to the supplier-facing processes that sit around it.
“Odoo provides a flexible and modern ERP platform, while Valuechain brings deep expertise in supplier collaboration, procurement, quality and compliance. Bringing those capabilities together gives manufacturers a more joined-up way to modernise their operations and build stronger, more connected supply chains.”
According to Valuechain, the partnership reflects a growing need among manufacturers to close the gap between core business systems and increasingly complex supplier networks. While ERP systems provide the transactional backbone of a business, managing supplier relationships typically involves a wider range of activities, including delivery commitments, quality management, corrective actions, onboarding processes and compliance requirements.
The company says these areas are often managed through separate systems, spreadsheets or manual processes, creating inefficiencies and limiting visibility across the supply chain. Valuechain’s platform is designed to provide a single source of truth that connects suppliers, internal teams and business systems while supporting purchasing, supplier performance monitoring, quality assurance and compliance activities.
By combining these capabilities with Odoo’s ERP platform, manufacturers will have access to a scalable route for digital transformation, from implementing a modern business management system through to improving collaboration across the wider supply chain.
Valuechain believes the partnership will be particularly beneficial for manufacturers seeking to replace legacy software and fragmented processes with a more connected and workflow-driven approach. The company says the combination of ERP functionality and specialist supply chain tools will help businesses improve visibility, strengthen supplier relationships and support more efficient day-to-day operations.
As manufacturers continue to focus on resilience, efficiency and data-driven decision-making, the partnership provides a new option for companies looking to modernise both their internal systems and their wider supply chain networks.
