New transfer press for Ricor Group

Warwickshire-based Ricor Group, a manufacturer of automotive metal pressings and assemblies, has recently extended its UK manufacturing capacity with a £3 million investment in a new 1,000-tonne Aida transfer press.
Installed in a purpose-built extension to Ricor’s Studley facility, this complements the company’s existing range of presses (from 100-tonne to 1,500-tonne units), enhancing its wide range of metal-stamping capabilities, from small high-volume component manufacturing to full-scale automotive ‘body in white’ assemblies.
