Grupo Antolin (

2 unit on St Modwen’s Barton Business Park, Staffordshire, after outgrowing its original 70,000ft
2 unit.
The Spain-based company is a Tier One automotive supplier of interior trim systems and components to major OEMs, and it will service clients including Jaguar Land Rover from the new facility. St Modwen built the new unit specifically for the company.
Ian Romano of St Modwen said: “Grupo Antolin has been a fantastic tenant at Barton Business Park for more than a decade, and we’re pleased to have been able to accommodate its expansion with a much larger unit — on a very tight timescale.”
Robin Hills, general manager of Grupo Antolin, said: “Our Barton facility has won a number of new contracts, so we needed to extend our manufacturing footprint with this new facilitye.
"We have been supplying Toyota from Barton Business Park since 2006 and JLR from 2015, receiving the JLRQ accreditation last year.
This much-needed space in such a prime location provides excellent opportunities for future growth, so we will be creating new jobs and contributing to the local economy for years to come.”
