Tapping into peak performance threading with ITCTo complement the wide range of solid carbide and indexable rotary tools from Industrial Tooling Corporation (ITC), the Tamworth manufacturer has now released the 2023 edition of the BASS threading catalogue. As well as offering a complete range of UK manufactured threading products, ITC has expanded its portfolio with its collaboration with the German manufacturer that has specialised in thread production for more than 75 years.

With such an established market position as the industry benchmark in threading, the latest edition of the BASS product catalogue brings all of this expertise, quality and performance to UK manufacturers. With technically advanced product lines, engineers will have access to all the latest innovations from BASS via the expert engineering team at ITC. The catalogue introduces taps, thread mills, roll taps, synchronous tap holders and threading accessories that range from collets, adaptors, vibration-dampening products, catering for the complete requirements of end users.

The threading products incorporate solutions for every conceivable eventuality with virtually every thread form, dimensional and tolerance variation covered with all types of coolant delivery method, coating technology and substrate, and machining parameters catered for. Whatever a customer’s threading requirements — in the unlikelihood that an industry-leading solution doesn’t appear in the 228-page catalogue — ITC and BASS can cater for any industrial challenges with a wide range of special product lines and bespoke solutions available upon request.

Furthermore, expanding upon previous issues, the 2023 edition of the BASS catalogue has an extended section for the new range of metric and imperial wire insert cutting taps. The catalogue also has new metric wire insert roll taps with both metric coarse and metric fine variants supported in the new catalogue. For more information, please contact ITC for a copy of the catalogue.
