PTC now offering free access to Onshape for up to six months

Reading-based PTC is now offering free access to its Onshape Professional for up to six months, to give development teams enough time to thoroughly test the advantages of the cloud-native product development platform, with the only requirement being to qualify as a user here.

Onshape is the only product development platform developed natively for the cloud, as it includes powerful CAD and PDM (product data management) functionality and enables companies to improve design collaboration and increase the productivity, flexibility and efficiency of internal and external teams.

Onshape also offers: time-, location- and device-independent working; real-time collaboration with internal and external partners; support for agile product development; a ‘single source of truth’; no data loss due to crashes; integrated PDM that records every design change; and easy administration without installation or specific hardware.
