Xin Peng starts production on Schuler press line

Chinese automotive supplier Xin Peng Jingshuo Auto Parts Co Ltd has started production on a new Schuler servo press line. The system with a combined press force of 7,700 tonnes consists of five single presses. Schuler’s Crossbar Feeder transfers the parts directly from die to die. With an output of up to 16 strokes per min, it produces outer skin parts made from both steel and aluminum for passenger cars. It was ordered by Xin Peng at the end of 2022.

Xin Peng Jingshuo Auto Parts Co Ltd is part of Shanghai Xin Peng Lianzhong Auto Parts Co Ltd, a major supplier to multiple multi-national corporations. Apart from stamping, the company also offers NC punching and bending, as well as laser cutting. Shanghai Xinpeng Lianzhong Auto Parts Co Ltd has been working with Schuler for more than 10 years.
